This is my first entry to my blog since launching my new website so please keep visiting to find out the latest news and gossip in the Fitness Training World!
On a personal note, I have just been blessed with the arrival of my daughter Isabella, who is quite simply amazing! I'm sure she will keep me on my toes for years to come, so an even greater reason to keep those Squats and Lunges up!!
